4 - Ground floor Main Lobby and Gardens

Archeological features (LABRUM) to the main street entrance, illuminated glass flooring with exposed archeological artifacts (HYPOCAUST) and antique marble tiles in main lobby, roman mosaics and roman marble slabs to the back garden.

Marble slabs cut to size and timber paneling for walls of main lobby.

Timber siding for the ceiling of main lobby and part of the building entrance.

1 – Tiling

Lobby and reception area: Marble flooring.

Bedrooms: European prefinished hardwood parquet planks flooring.

6 - Woodworks

Solid wood for entrance doors in solid and veneered maple or dark wenge schemes, with solid wood siding to entrance lobby walls.

Light maple or dark wenge schemes shall be used for all solid & veneered internal doors, closets and vanity units.

High quality fully fitted kitchens, cabinets manufactured from veneered non-shrink MDF or PVC vacuum formed panels.

1 - Air conditioning

VRV system (Variable RefrigerantVolume) by “LG”, including individual ducted concealed units and independent indoor digital thermostats for each room, with heat pumps.

Individual cast iron fuel boiler for each apartment by “DIE DIETRICH”
